He is admitted to practice in each of those jurisdictions as well as Massachusetts. He retired from the practice of law in 2002. Mr. Nordan also has experience in analyzing and working with investment opportunities in start-up companies. As President of a privately owned investment company, he has been involved in analyzing business feasibility; developing financial proformas; evaluating management teams; analyzing and projecting market trends; and negotiating the acquisition and sale of businesses.
